SHIPPING (WITHIN THE US):
We strive to ship orders within 2-3 business days of when they are placed (usually sooner).
Please keep in mind our facilities are closed on the weekends, so orders placed after business hours on Friday and throughout the weekend will be shipped in the order they were received starting on Monday at the beginning of our business day.
We ship using USPS to any US address. We will send you a shipping confirmation email once your order has left our warehouse.

Due to the increased order volume, the standard shipping to US may be slightly delayed.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION :
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your Tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
CAN I CHANGE MY BILLING OR SHIPPING INFORMATION?
Once you have placed an order, you should not change your billing or shipping address information. If you want to make a change, please contact our Customer Service Department at zusur.store@gmail.com as soon as possible during the order processing stage to indicate your request. If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped, then the shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.
ORDER CANCELLATION:

SHIPPING DELAYS :
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
ITEM NOT RECEIVED :
If you have successfully placed an order and have not received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. You need to contact the carrier to find your bag as once the item is bagged we don’t have control over it (once it’s by the carrier ), but if the issues still persist kindly Email us at zusur.store@gmail.com will try our best to assist you.
DAMAGED PACKAGES:
To make sure your damaged goods problem is resolved smoothly, please return to the picture throughout while your package is opened. From your pictures, they can only contact the carrier and handle it for you.
IMPORTANT: Customers are responsible for providing us with the correct shipping and billing address. If you realize that this is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product has already been shipped a refund cannot be processed until the product has been returned to us.

Returning or exchanging items bought online
We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don’t—perhaps it’s a little too big or the style just isn’t you—we’ll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a refund. For the quickest refund, bring your return into your nearest store. If you’d rather mail your return, you can use the prepaid return shipping label included in your package. Returns and exchanges are always free. You have up to 30 days to return items purchased at Shakecf.

To begin your return and create a prepaid UPS or USPS label, please contact us.
Prepare your package
- Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your packing slip (generated via the interactive returns process).
- Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
Ship it
When your package is ready, do one of the following:
- For the U.S. Postal Service, give it to your mail deliverer, drop it off at your nearest post office, or schedule a free at-home pick-up.
- For UPS, drop it off at your nearest UPS location.
What happens next?
We refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery, and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
NOTE: We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. If you choose not to use our prepaid shipping label, shipment is at your expense. Also, we don’t refund original shipping and handling charges

We bill your credit card for your replacement item and ship it for free.
